BISCUITS Ingredients: 1/4 cup pureed beef 1/2 cup rye flour 1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup rice flour 1/2 cup cracked wheat 1/2 cup dry milk powder 1/2 cup beef broth 1 egg 6 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoons minced garlic 2 teaspoons honey 1 teaspoon parsley Directions: Preheat oven to 325 F (165 C). In a large bowl mix in everything except the flours. Then gradually blend in the flours. Transfer to a floured surface and knead until smooth, about 4 min. Shape dough into a ball and roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Using knives or cookie cutters make the biscuits. Place on baking sheet about 1/4 inch apart. Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool overnight. |
